Looked nice online, but in person the fabric felt thin and the stitching was messy.

After one wear it didn’t sit right and just felt cheap for the price. Disappointing. Wouldn’t buy again unless the quality improves.

I ordered a dress from Alluxecouture, and at first glance it looked really pretty. The material had a nice look to it, but once I tried it on, it felt thinner than I expected. Not awful or anything, just not as soft or substantial as it seemed in the photos.
The stitching was mostly fine, and it worked for wearing out for one night, but I’m not totally sure how well it’ll hold up over time. I think other customers might feel the same if they’re expecting a heavier, more luxe fabric for the price. I’d give it 3 stars.

I had to send back a dress because it just didn’t fit right. The return itself was easy enough, no big hassle or anything. The refund took a few days, which was kind of annoying, but it showed up fine in the end. Support did reply, just not super quickly... but overall it was okay...

Customer service was the biggest problem for me. I reached out expecting a simple fix, but somehow it turned into this long back-and-forth with slow replies.

When they finally did respond, it didn’t really solve anything, so I kept having to follow up. I remember thinking, why is this so complicated? It felt like I was doing all the work just to get a basic answer.

Overall, it was just frustrating and disappointing. I don’t think I’d order from them again after dealing with that.

It was super tight in the bust and then loose around the waist, so it just felt really awkward overall. I ordered from alluxecouture.com and overall the delivery was fine. The tracking came through after a couple of days, though it stayed quiet at the start, so I was kind of left guessing for a bit. The package arrived safely and was nicely packed, which was the main thing. It just took a little longer than I had in mind. Not a big issue, but you might not want to wait until the last minute if you need it for something. Still happy with the order overall, 4 stars from me.
